The SMART Report provides advertisers and their media buyers with an independent and confidential performance report. It analyses, buying strategies and outlines strengths and weakness to buying performance. It provides actionable strategic analysis and marketplace intelligence to clients and their media buyers.

Media Audits are conducted for clients who wish to asses the quality/value of the media product with

a goal to establish an operating framework to monitor and improve success between the advertiser and their existing media agency suppliers. The focus of the audit is to ensure that the client/agency relationship strives to be compliant with a best industry practices objective. The audit ensures that clients receive the best value for their media investment. This is not a replacement for existing suppliers. Forde & Semple Media Works does not seek, nor accept, media planning and buying assignments. The media audit is independent and objective.

While Auditing and Media Management Consulting continue to be hands on and highly labor intensive, the company provides consultation templates where possible to streamline the process, thus permitting efficiency and cost control. The finished product must pass Forde & Semple quality control standards. Management signs off on all assignments.
